Due to the popularity of Bioresonance, the UK public have taken to having diagnosis and treatment done by this alternative method of medicine.
But the Bioresonance devices are an expensive, precision piece of equipment that at various intervals is in need of some “TLC” and servicing. We are trained and full equipped to perform the yearly calibration and interval servicing needed these days on these devices.
Calibration
Once every 2 years your Bicom devices need to be calibrated to the manufacturers specification.
A check is made on the following frequencies 100 Hz – 2 kHz – 3.7 kHz – 52 kHz – 100 kHz – 150 kHz – 250 kHz, to make sure that they are at the correct levels.

Servicing
We specialize in servicing and calibrating Regumed Bicom 2000, Bicom Optima, and Bicom Optima Plus devices. Calibration is recommended every two years to ensure optimal performance. This process includes checking and adjusting components such as the CPU, mat, ISE transmitter/receiver, and EAP. A properly calibrated Bioresonance device ensures accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
If any firmware updates are required, they will be applied, and the unit will be thoroughly tested before being returned.

In today’s rapidly advancing world, software plays a crucial role in daily life. As technology evolves, software improves, making upgrades essential to maintaining optimal functionality. We offer remote support for software upgrades, allowing us to securely access your computer or laptop (with your permission) to diagnose issues, install updates, and optimize your setup. If you prefer to handle upgrades yourself but encounter difficulties, our telephone support is also available to guide you through the process.

About Us
BioCal UK has been formed in response to the need to have a local (UK based) Bioresonance service, calibration, repair and support setup in the UK.
BioCal UK are fully trained and are approved by Regumed as a Service Center, the manufacturers of the Bicom 2000 and Bicom Optima. That being so, we are in an ideal position to offer a full pick up, calibration, service and deliver back package, all to make for a fully rounded out service that you can rely on.
With us being UK based we have the advantage of having a very quick turn round time, that means you will have very little downtime on your Bicom Bioresonance device. We understand what it means for you and your customers to be without your main piece of equipment, so we will take care to make sure you loose as little time as possible to be back treating your patients quickly.
